Fuzhou Jump Smart Cards CO., Ltd. is a Hongkong-owned enterprise. Our fixed asset is over CNY 40 million RMB. Our main business is postal service supplemented by financial system business. We specialize in developing, inventing, producing and selling smart cards, telecommunication service terminal as well as those of billing system. After many years development, we expanded our scale, broadened the range of business. We become to the biggest and the first professional smart card enterprise which comes through ISO 9001 quality system recognition and ISO 14001 environment management recognition in Fujian province. We own many workshops which are fully fitted for VISA, MASTERCARD standards. Our headquarter locates in Fuxing investment zone where is a modernization factory , it covers an area of 18000 square meters, of which 8000 square meters are production area, of which 1500 square meters are office building and of which 1000 square meters are area of modernization warehouse; Meanwhile, 40 acres in Mawei economic development zone will be planned to build an modern independent plant at present, 20 acres of which are used for future VISA production base which will produce 3 million pieces VISA cards per month. The other 20 acres are used for warehouse storage, inventing and producing all kinds of electronic tags, electronic products. In addition, 10 acres industrial foundation has been established, it will be used for export base. In order to meet the overseas market demands, smart card production base in Southeast Asia is planed to put into production at the latter half year of 2009.

With the latest professional facilities in the world, we are capable of producing 600million pieces telecom cards per year, 40million pieces IC cards; Meanwhile, provides customers with a series of services, such as, R&D, design, production, allotment, etc.
